This 1/2 day hands on workshop is great for anyone who wants to learn the basics of making bread by hand. Learn to mix and shape doughs, make a high tin loaf, rolls, french sticks and coffee scrolls. Participants will be able take home their freshly cooked goodies. Cost $80, all inclusive. Maximum participants 5.

CHOCOLATE TECHNIQUES
This 1/2 day hands on workshop is perfect for those who have an interest in learning the many techniques of working with chocolate. The workshop includes covering cakes, making chocolate panels, wraps, chards, spikes, truffles, curling and dipping. Each participant will go home with their beautifully decorated cake.
